Robotic Weld Operator / Programmer
If you have robotic weld operation/programming experience (preferably on Trumpf machinery) and thrive in a culture of innovation and cutting-edge manufacturing technology, this is the job for you.
Key skills include:
- Advanced knowledge of welding processes and principles
- In depth knowledge of robotic welding and programming
- Working knowledge of sheet metal welding
- Experience with SOLIDWORKS 3d modeling required
Required competencies include:
- Detail orientated
- Organized and able to understand manufacturing processes
- Desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Operate, program and maintain laser metal-cutting machines, including charting machine performance and administering routine checks/maintenance
- Read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Plan sequences of operation to achieve optimal precision and tolerances
- Prepare raw materials for production, ensuring material quality prior to production sequence
- Adherence to all company standards for quality and safety
