Robotic Laser Operator / Programmer
If you have robotic laser operation and programming experience (preferably on Trumpf machinery) and thrive in a culture of innovation and cutting-edge manufacturing technology, this is the job for you.
Key skills include:
- Working knowledge of sheet metal production processes
- Basic laser cutting principles
- Basic computer skills
- Programming experience with TruTops Boost is desired
Required competencies include:
- Detail orientated
- Organized and able to understand manufacturing processes
- Desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Operate, program and maintain laser metal-cutting machines, including charting machine performance and administering routine checks/maintenance
- Read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Plan sequences of operation to achieve optimal precision and tolerances
- Prepare raw materials for production, ensuring material quality prior to production sequence
- Adherence to all company standards for quality and safety
