Assembler
If you have assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably the automotive aftermarket industry or related field) and thrive in a culture of innovation and cutting-edge manufacturing technology, this is the job for you.
Key skills include:
- Ability to lift and assemble products
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use hand tools
- High School education or equivalent
Required competencies include:
- Detail orientated
- Organized and able to understand manufacturing processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Following technical instructions; interpreting engineering blueprints and technical terms
- Discerning quality of parts and materials used in production
- Maintaining inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process
- Following company procedures and directives
- Testing of finished products for defects
- Maintaining tools used in assembly of products
- Adherence to all company standards for quality and safety
